Step 2

Interviews

If your skillset, experience, and qualifications match the requirements of the position, you may receive a call from our recruiters. Think of this call as a ‘soft interview’ – we want to know more about you and your suitability for the position. Following your phone call, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with our hiring manager. Depending on restrictions and/or role location, this interview may be a video interview instead.

Step 3

Psychometric Assessment

Once your initial interviews have been completed, you may be asked to undergo a psychometric assessment. A psychometric assessment is a type of test that helps us determine your role suitability based on your abilities and personality. Please note that a psychometric assessment is not a traditional test with scores and right/wrong answers – its usage is purely to help us determine how appropriately matched you are to the job you applied for. Your psychometric assessment is a timed one-hour test that takes place online.

Step 4

Follow-up Interviews

Following your psychometric assessment, you may be asked to participate in follow-up interviews. These interviews are designed to help us clarify any results from the psychometric test.

Step 5

Pre-Employment Screening

Finally, you will be asked to undergo pre-employment reference checks and screening. The exact nature of screening varies from role to role, but, importantly, we only screen for information that will directly impact your ability to fulfil the duties of the role.
